I graduated from the University of California San Diego with a bachelor's in Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences. I concentrated on computational oceanography, giving me a strong background in math and data. After graduating, I worked as a member of a research team modeling the biogeochemistry of the Red Sea. I was responsible for model validation and analysis of in situ data.
I am passionate about data, cooking, and my amazing dog. I spend as much time as I possibly can outside and near water.
